Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy has been around for thousands of years. It is thought the term “massage” originates from the Greek word massein, meaning “to knead.” Massage therapists use a variety of gliding, kneading and cross-friction strokes to work the muscle tissue, relaxing tension and improving range of motion and circulation.

Many people have the misconception that massage is just for pampering and relaxation. Although it is great for that, our therapists specialize in a more rehabilitative and therapeutic approach that when combined as part of our chiropractic treatment provides the greatest benefit to your health and wellness routine.

Different types of massage that our office provides include : Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release or Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Dr. Hopp and her licensed massage therapists can help you find the right massage treatment for your particular condition. Call today to schedule your appointment.
